So you’ve met the girl of your dreams. She’s
pretty, intelligent, and has a great sense of
humor. What’s even better is that she’s really
into you! Now only one question remains: how
soon to start having sex?
There’s really no definitive answer for this
question. Sex can make or break a relationship,
so it all depends on what you want out of it.
If you see a long-term potential with someone,
the odds of waiting to go to bed are in your
favor. If, on the other hand, you’re only in it
for a good time, then why does it matter how
long you wait?
It’s safe to say that most men are the more
promiscuous of the two sexes, so you can tell a
lot about a girl from how long she makes you
wait for sex. Depending on what you want out of
the relationship, this information can prove to
be extremely valuable. Read on to learn more
about the different sexual styles of women and
what they mean for your relationship.
Woman #1: Wedding-Night
Waiters
Granted there aren’t many of these gems out
there nowadays, but you can still run into them
on occasion. These types of women have sworn
(out loud, at least) to remain chaste until
their wedding nights, which is nothing short of
admirable. Still, such a vow does have its
downsides.
You wouldn’t buy a car without test driving it
first, and the same holds true for sex. If you
do end up holding out for this type of woman
until the honeymoon, you might be in for a big
disappointment. As much as a healthy
relationship relies on trust and compatibility,
it also needs a nice dose of sexual energy to
stay alive. That said, if you purchase the
goods before testing them out, you might end up
with a serious case of buyer’s remorse.
Woman #2: Slow Movers
This type of woman is not as bad as the first
mentioned, as she does have sex on her mind.
However, she’s going to make you work for
it.
Slow movers were taught by their foremothers to
take caution when engaging a man she’s
interested in. She wants to know every aspect
of you in order to confirm her hunch that you
are worth it. In addition, she wants to see if
you care enough about her to play the waiting
game. While you may get the occasional bone of
wet kisses and steamy make-out sessions thrown
at you, you’re going to have to fit the bill to
get what you really want.
When the day finally comes that you two have
sex, it seems incredible. Just be careful to
not fall under false pretenses. If you feed
muck to a starving Ethiopian child, it’s going
to be the best-tasting muck out there. After a
while, however, it may lose its novelty, so
it’s up to the both of you to create new and
inventive ways of spicing things up. Either
way, you know you’ve got a keeper with this
girl, as she obviously has standards and knows
what she wants.
Woman #3: Three Strikers
You’ve counted one, two, and three dates with a
girl. Much to your surprise (and delight),
she’s decided to invite you inside at the end
of this third outing. Before you know it, the
two of you are hitting the sheets.
In all honesty, you have to make up your own
mind about this kind of gal. She’s obviously
got some standards, as she didn’t give it up
right away. But at the same time, how does one
really know another person well enough after
three dates? For this reason, you have to judge
for yourself whether or not this is
relationship either one of you seeks to pursue.
If so, you have to ask yourself what having sex
so early on can mean for its success.
Woman #4: First
Nighters
It’s rare that anything long-term evolves out
of a one-night stand, but of course, there are
exceptions to everything. It’s safe to say,
however, that anything launched physically
without an emotional foundation to stand on
will crumble quickly. And don’t forget the
obvious concerns about STD’s and other issues
that come along with someone so promiscuous.
Generally speaking, this type of woman is only
after one thing, and it’s best to stay away
from her.
Turn the Tables on Her
If you want to really stand out in today’s
dating arena, why not try holding out for sex
yourself? Women are so used to being pursued
sexually anyways, that it would be nothing
short of enticing for you to be the one waiting
instead of her. After all, it’s no secret that
people always want what they can’t have, and
this especially holds true for women.
Take your time by giving some of the best
foreplay she’s ever received, and make it lead
to nowhere. The anticipation of wanting more
from you will quickly consume her, and it will
make for some great sex as well! But to sum
things up, there’s no correct time to have sex
with someone, as it is such an intimate act
that requires intimate care and attention.
Every person is different, and as such, so is
every couple. Just follow your instincts, and
you can’t go wrong.
